What Not To Send

  • SIN numbers
  • bank-account or credit-card details
  • CRA login credentials
  • full tax returns, slips, or notices containing sensitive personal information

Logs are retained for a reasonable operational and security period, and emails are kept only as long as needed to address the issue or request.
